The apartment I stayed in was spacious and nicely designed. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool area, where I could relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with bookings and providing information about local attractions.

appreciated port douglas, the hotel was absolutely great away from the town centre. the location was stunning - just off coffee shops, common areas and the daintree. and it was at a short distance from agincourt reef.

The pool area was fantastic-clean and perfect for a refreshing swim! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay feel cute. Plus, the surrounding rainforest views were fine, providing a peaceful backdrop to unwind after a busy day.
There were some downsides. The unit could have used a thorough cleaning, and the furniture felt quite uncomfortable. I also noticed some maintenance issues like lingering cleanliness in the bathrooms and a lack of essential supplies. It would have been better if they had been more attentive to those details.

Had a huge variety of options for breakfast, it was marvellous. The staff was flexible, providing a great service. Location: the hotel was near to trinity bay lookout, the golf course, and hill.

We had a fantastic week at this resort! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and having a private plunge pool was a real treat. The staff were friendly, and the large pool area was perfect for relaxation. Just a bit far from town, but worth it for the tranquility.

The Pool Resort was simply amazing for our family vacation! The kids were thrilled with the jaw-dropping pool and didn't even want to leave. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The well maintained grounds and clean rooms made us feel right at home. We loved the convenience of having a kitchenette and laundry facilities in the room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local shuttle service.
